Some of the forts located here are so beautiful that they are counted as one of the most beautiful places in the Mewar district after the Chittorgarh. Most of the forts here are declared as the World Heritage Site.

By Air: Udaipur is the nearest airport, that approximately 80 km away from here. Taxies are available from Udaipur to Kumbhalgarh at an approximate 1600.

By rail: The nearest railway station is Falna, which is connected to all major cities like Delhi, Jaipur, and Jodhpur

Road: Frequent services of ordinary and deluxe buses provided by Rajasthan state government roadways are available here.

What is the best time to visit Kumbhalgarh?


Even though there is a lot of heat during the summer season in Rajasthan, unlike all other cities, the best time to visit Kumbhalgarh is the monsoon season. The reason behind that is that most of the monuments here look even more beautiful and plush during the monsoon season, making a memorable experience for all the visitors.
